This patient had a large amalgam filling which had fractured in the upper right pre molar, it was replaced using a Cerec which once fitted bonded all other existing cracks within the tooth making it not only the strongest option but also looks GREAT!!

Patient 2B 2A This patient came into the practice after having an accident causing trauma to the front teeth and lip. The gum condition was poor generally, after having treatment with the hygienist and a personalised home care routine the oral hygiene improved greatly. The patient was now ready to have the cosmetic work done. The best option for this patient was to extract the upper right one, which was un-restorable, an implant was then fitted with two teeth to replace the two central teeth. Veneers and crowns were then used to restore the surrounding upper teeth giving the patient their smile back.
This patient came from another practice as they did not feel they were getting the service they required, due to having on going problems with two crowns at the front of their mouth. After having them re cemented a number of times the patient and dentist together discussed various options. This resulted in the patient deciding to have them both extracted, and a bridge of two teeth supported on a single dental implant was fitted. The patient then decided to have veneers on the upper right one and two to give an even smile.

This patient disliked the way their teeth looked with the old crowns and a gap between the upper centrals. The gum condition was poor but with regular visits with the hygienist and a personalised home care routine the gum condition improved greatly, therefore all porcelain crowns/veneers were placed on the six teeth at the front. The patient was overjoyed with her new bright smile.

Patient 5B 5A This patient was looking for a cosmetic change, they wanted to change the shape of their teeth and have a brighter, whiter smile. On discussion with the dentist the treatment decided was firstly tooth whitening followed by an all ceramic bridge to fill the gap on the upper left pre molars. Crowns/veneers were then fitted on all surrounding upper teeth. These were made so the teeth were shifted slightly across to the right making them look more central to the lip and face improving the appearance and giving a more symmetrical, even smile.

This young patient disliked the appearance of their front teeth as they were uneven and rotated. After an in-depth discussion with the dentist the patient decided to have veneers/crowns on the central teeth and the two teeth either side. They matched perfectly with their own teeth which were already naturally white. The patient was thrilled with the end result as it gave them the even bright smile they always wanted.

This patient presented with a number of problems and also wanted a major cosmetic change, as they felt they couldn’t smile and wouldn’t dream of having their picture taken due to the appearance of the teeth. Once the necessary/foundation work was complete including root fillings and general restorations the cosmetic work could begin. Firstly veneers/crowns were placed from the upper right four across to the upper left three, and then an implant was fitted in the upper left premolar area supporting a bridge of two teeth. The same was placed on the upper right side, this gave the patient the extra chewing power they needed. The patient was amazed by the results and can now smile with confidence. BRING ON THE CAMERAS!

This patient was happy with the shape and appearance of the teeth but disliked the colour of them. The best option for this patient was tooth whitening as you can see from the pictures the shade of the teeth has changed quite dramatically and the patient was extremely happy with the end result.
