Practice Plan

A practice membership plan is an easy way to keep on top of your oral health and maintain your smile.

Rather than paying for each visit, you spread the cost of your regular check-ups and hygiene appointments across the year in one fixed monthly payment. It makes budgeting for your care easier and ensures you have regular access to your dentist when you need it.

Each plan includes several examinations and hygienist visits, so you can choose the combination that suits you best. With preventative care, many members find that it helps prevent the need for restorative work down the line. If unexpected treatment is ever needed, you have the reassurance that we will provide the appropriate clinical care, charged separately with any member discount applied.

Within the membership you have access to the Worldwide Assistance Scheme, pain is defined as emergency treatment necessary to relieve immediate dental pain. Out of hours you can see any dentist at any facility. This means you are not restricted to a select group of practices; you can find a dentist that suits you at a time of discomfort. Out of hours is defined as 6.00 pm–8.00 am, Monday to Friday, and all day during the weekend and public holidays. If you attend a practice other than our practice, you will have to pay upfront and then, following request approval, you will receive your money back, subject to scheme limits. There is an emergency helpline you can call if you need support in finding a dentist: 0808 1698117. As a team, we are dedicated to supporting you through such an event.

If you are away from the practice over a 15-mile radius, you can see the dentist of your choice; you are not restricted to a select group of practices.

If you are abroad and in pain, you can see any dentist at any facility to resolve immediate pain. You would pay for your appointment and request an invoice and receipt and then, when back home, come into the practice and we will support you with requesting your money back. We are here to help you when you need, and Practice Plan will ensure a smooth and speedy process. Patients outside the UK are only covered for the first 180 days.

Please refer to the Worldwide assistance scheme brochure for more information and limits you can request back.

After careful consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to gently move away from FullCare in its current form over time, as we review how we can best continue to care for our patients. Please be reassured that there’s nothing you need to decide right now. At your next examination, your dentist will take the time to talk you through what this means for you and the options available. We’ll manage this change with care, keeping your individual needs and dental health at the heart of every decision. As always, our team is happy to help with any questions.
