We are proud to provide CEREC restorations at Distinctive Dentistry. We have invested in the latest Primescan technology, to deliver convenience for our patients.
If you need a crown, inlay, or onlay, your teeth could be restored during a single trip. Traditionally, these procedures would require two appointments to the dentist.
CEREC Primescan uses CAD/CAM technology to quickly create a digital scan of your teeth, which we then use to generate precisely fitting ceramic inlays or crowns. These are prepared on site, using a milling unit which cleverly creates your restoration, using the digital images of your teeth.
If you get the chance, watching your restoration being milled is quite fascinating!
